A Staff Physiatrist is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&RS) physician who has completed residency training in an accredited program and has completed Board Certification by the American Board of PM&RS or is eligible for Board Certification. The physician will need a broad based skills in the diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of acute and chronic rehabilitation conditions and be able to provide rehabilitation consultation services for these patient populations.
