Abrazo Scottsdale Campus (located at AZ-51 and Bell Road in Phoenix) is a 136-bed full-service acute care community-based hospital which has provided excellent comprehensive medical care to patients in the northeastern region of metro Phoenix for more than 30 years. Administrative Assistant Full Time Day Shift Scottsdale Campus
Assists designated Management staff by performing administrative duties to support them in achievement of organizations goals. Supports leadership team, primarily COO and CNO.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Good knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation; capable of composing letters in answer to routine correspondence; ability to produce spreadsheets. Capable of communicating skillfully and tactfully with all levels of employees and the community. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of supervision. Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail, Voice Mail.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school graduate with emphasis on business, including typing, shorthand, grammar, business communication, and heavy computer skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Some college preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years experience as an Administrative Assistant

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Healthcare experience
