* Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field. * Minimum of 5 years progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration. * Experience at the Senior/Executive level in a Critical Access Hospital required. * Labor Union Experience strongly recommended. * Demonstrated leadership ands complex organizational management skills. * Demonstrates community commitment, is active in the community and professional. * Proficiency in computer operations including word processing. * Ability to lead at all levels of management. * Knowledge of hospital management and policy administration as well as development and implementation of budgets, strategies and standards. * Demonstrates honesty, integrity and follow through on commitments. * Strong financial/analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem identification and resolution skills, decision-making and the ability to develop/mentor management. * Ability to recruit and retain staff |
