• Strong clinical leader with experience driving improvements in quality and safety
• 10+ years' experience in senior clinical leadership a ideally as CMO, Associate CMO or Chair of a large department
• Experience within an academic setting is required
• High comfort level managing a combination of employed and voluntary staff
• MD or equivalent degree
• Significant clinical experience and board certification in their specialty area
• Business degree or equivalent experience ideal
• All candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
