The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) is seeking a full-time orthopedic surgeon to join the Musculoskeletal Service Line at CentraCare in St. Cloud, MN, currently including 10 fellowship trained orthopedic surgeons in various subspecialities.
The individual hired will be employed fulltime in the University of Minnesota Physicians practice group.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Orthopedic Surgery residency and Hand Surgery fellowship-training program.
Licensed or ability to obtain medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
The individual hired will be employed full-time in the University of Minnesota Physicians practice.
Responsibilities:
Patient care at CentraCare-- St. Cloud Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center. CentraCare is a partner with the Orthopedic Department at M Physicians.
Trauma call is shared among orthopedic providers and would be approximately 1 in 11.
Orthopedic surgeons' practice will be supported by CentraCare and University of Minnesota Physicians practice group. This support consists of access to academic activities eligible for CME collection and support staff, including midlevel practitioners.
