Under the direction of the Director of Finance-Post Acute Care Services the Patient Accounting and Health Information Management (HIM) Manager will be responsible for Home Health and Hospice billing through final resolution of patients accounts to maximize collectible revenue and minimize outstanding discharged receivables; the orientation training and supervision of all health information technicians and patient account representatives and for monitoring the accuracy and completion of the hard copy and electronic medical record (EMR) to assure compliance with Federal, State and Joint Commission requirements related to patient records.
