Director of Nursing Are you ready to elevate your nursing career in an outpatient ambulatory care and educational environment? Community Health of Central Washington seeks a Director of Nursing able to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels, build and implement standardized clinical workflows, and identify areas of improvement essential for continued excellence in effective and efficient nursing operations. In this role, you will have opportunities to mentor all levels of nurses and nursing students while working collaboratively with administrative, medical and academic staff at CHCW clinical sites to promote and support a healthy environment for employees, patients, and families. Position is full-time, M-F. $113,484 - $147,388 annually
